Q: Does Dyanna Spa take walk-in appointments?

A: We have no problem with walk-ins. However, it’s best if you could call in advance so that you don’t have to wait for your spa services. We are a busy day spa and want to be sure to give you the fastest attention we can.

 

Q: Do you offer group appointments and private parties?

A: The answer is “yes” to both questions. For group appointments and private parties, please contact us so that we can discuss your plans, how many people are coming, and the best day and time for you.

 

Q: Do you require a deposit for group appointments, private parties, or spa packages?

A: Yes, we do. All three require a prepaid deposit..

 

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: We request that all cancellations or changes to appointments be made by calling either our downtown location at 212-995-2355, or our midtown location at 212-213-0011. For groups of threeor more people, we require 48-hours’ notice.

Cancellations and reschedules made after this time may be subject to the full price of scheduled service. We don’t charge a cancellation fee for regular appointments, but please be respectful and considerate of others.

 

Q: What should I do if I'm running late for my appointment?

A: Please call us if you are running late for your appointment so that we can be sure to fit you in and perhaps take care of a walk-in or someone who came early.
